The Alhambra sells its tickets by timed slot and runs out of them, which is why booking a guided tour here is usually a gamble on availability. This operator resolves that in writing: confirmation arrives within 48 hours, and if there is no slot to be had, the booking is refunded in full. What is confirmed is a three-hour tour with official tickets to the monumental complex, access to every visitable area, and an accredited official guide. The guides have more than ten years on this site. Groups are kept small so that the attention is closer. The route covers the Nasrid Palaces, the Alcazaba, the Palace of Charles V and the Generalife Gardens, which is the whole open complex rather than a selection. Guiding is in English and Spanish. Other languages depend on availability. Individual requests can be added to the booking: transport, a longer visit, a private guide, or tickets to other monuments in Granada at a discount.
