Most of Outlander was filmed in the south of Scotland. The Jacobite strongholds it is about are in the Highlands, and that is what this private day covers, including one stop the other Outlander tours miss: Old High St Stephen's Church in Inverness, used as a prison and an execution place for men taken after Culloden. The pace is deliberately unhurried and the itinerary flexible.
