An evening at Schönbrunn that starts once the palace has shut to everyone else. The highlights route is walked with an audio guide, available in 16 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Croatian, Polish and Turkish. Going through after closing time means the rooms are quiet in a way they never are during the day. Then the concert, in the Orangery, where Mozart played in 1786. The Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra performs Mozart and Strauss, with dancers and singers between the orchestral pieces. The timings, which are worth having in front of you: meet at 6:45 pm at the main entrance, where the tickets are handed out. The palace tour starts at 7:00 pm. Doors at the Orangery open at 8:00 pm, the concert begins at 8:30 pm and finishes around 10:15 pm.
